In person TRE Sessions
Establish or deepen your TRE practice in a compassionate safe space
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Support needs vary from person to person when it comes to TRE. You may choose from the following options; A single 1 hour in person TRE session. Discounted bundle of 3 sessions - Book your first 1 hour session and we will plan and book two further 1 hour support sessions, spaced in the most appropriate way for you - Recommended when learning TRE for the first time to embed your practice Discounted Intensive Support Bundle (6 Hours) - Book your first 1 hour session and we will plan and book 10 further 30 minute support sessions, according to your needs. This option is recommended if you have an extensive trauma history. TRE is not recommended if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session in order to facilitate refunds. Any refunds will be minus the processing fee that is taken by Stripe at the time of booking (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, 2.5% + 20p for EU cards and 3.25% + 20p for international cards). You can choose to reschedule rather than refund.
