Learn how to use TRE for the first time with one to one facilitation
Service Description
One to one facilitation gives the opportunity to learn TRE and focus on your body and its response to the tremors in a more individualised manner than in a group. This intimate space is also more suitable for learning TRE for those with complex trauma than a group session. TRE is not recommended if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session in order to facilitate refunds. Any refunds will be minus the processing fee that is taken by Stripe at the time of booking (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, 2.5% + 20p for EU cards and 3.25% + 20p for international cards). You can choose to reschedule rather than refund.
