When booking services your name, email and telephone number are recorded and are used for the purpose of booking your appointment and sending you a zoom link. Reminders are also generated to help you remember your appointment. Your billing address is recorded for the purposes of taking payment for the class.

There is an option for sharing extra text information you choose to and feel is relevant to TRE, this can be personal in nature and relate to health history. This information is only read by me for the purposes of supporting our session and is not and never will be shared with any third party.

When completing a contact form your name and email are recorded for the purposes of my responding to your enquiry.

This personal data is stored in the form of contacts on my website dashboard that only I can see as the site sole owner and administrator.

None of this information is or will ever be shared with third parties or sold to third parties.

Once you have used a service, your email address is added to a group email list on my email account for the purposes of keeping you up to date with future sessions and workshops. Every email has an invitation for you to be removed from this circulation list.
