Learn TRE Theory and Practice - These introductory sessions (group or individual) include theory and nervous system information for those who have not encountered TRE. These sessions only need to be attended once.

Deepen your practice - These sessions are suitable if I have taught you or you have learned TRE elsewhere and you want to deepen your practice, in a group or with a one to one session.
