Learn how to access your body's neurogenic tremor in an online group
Service Description
Join a group to learn TRE and begin your at home practice. Learn about your nervous system and recognise when you are dysregulated and activated. Learn how to access your body's innate tremor mechanism to turn off the fight/flight/freeze response and gently release tension and trauma from the body. You journey starts here. TRE is not suitable if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks. Group TRE is not suitable for everyone. For those who have a severe unaddressed or untreated trauma history and/or PTSD, one to one sessions would be recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session in order to facilitate refunds. Any refunds will be minus the processing fee that is taken by Stripe at the time of booking (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, 2.5% + 20p for EU cards and 3.25% + 20p for international cards). You can choose to reschedule rather than refund.
