One to One (in person)
Book an in person session to deepen your TRE Practice
Service Description
One to one facilitation gives the opportunity to focus on your body and its response to the tremors. Suitable if you have used TRE before. A one to one session with a facilitator can establish where the body may be bracing or holding and allow for a deepening of the tremors throughout the body. This intimate space is also more suitable for those with a complex trauma than a group session. All in person sessions will be approved once the room availability has been arranged. TRE is not recommended if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session in order to facilitate refunds. Any refunds will be minus the processing fee that is taken by Stripe at the time of booking (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, 2.5% + 20p for EU cards and 3.25% + 20p for international cards). You can choose to reschedule rather than refund.
