Practice TRE group - single session
Recommended for those with some TRE experience. Deepen your practice in the energy of a group -
Service Description
We will deepen together in the experience of the tremors, exploring ways to allow the tremors to move freely throughout the body releasing stored tension and calming the nervous system. TRE is not recommended if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks. Group TRE is not suitable for those who have a severe trauma history and/or PTSD, leading to difficulty self regulating. It is recommended that you work with a TRE provider to learn how to work with TRE to increase your ability to self regulate before tremoring in a group situation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session in order to facilitate refunds. Any refunds will be minus the processing fee that is taken by Stripe at the time of booking (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, 2.5% + 20p for EU cards and 3.25% + 20p for international cards). You can choose to reschedule rather than refund.
